
Winnipeg Alliance to Host Double-Header

The Winnipeg Alliance Soccer Club ("Alliance") is extremely excited to announce that it will be hosting a SHOWCASE Double-Header at MTS Centre on February 27, 2010. The Alliance is a founding member of the Canadian Major Indoor Soccer League (CMISL), which has the long-term goal of facilitating a successful re-birth of professional soccer in Canada.
In its return to MTS Centre, the Alliance will be hosting the Ohio Vortex, which play in the Professional Arena Soccer League, based out of the United States, and hopes to match or improve upon its record setting attendance of 7,727, from its inaugural SHOWCASE match on April 1, 2007.
