"Winning Wednesdays" Announced at Harbor Yard

(Bridgeport, Conn. - April 1, 2015) - The Bridgeport Bluefish today announced their promotional line-up for "Winning Wednesdays" at The Ballpark at Harbor Yard during the 2015 season.
As the name suggests, the Bluefish are guaranteeing that all fans at the ballpark on a Wednesday will see them win. In the case that the Bluefish do not win that Wednesday, all fans in attendance will be given a free ticket to the following Wednesday home game. Also, children 13 years or younger eat for FREE every Wednesday night game! (Excludes day games on April 29, July 15, and Sept. 16).
Each Wednesday night at Harbor Yard will also feature a special Bobblehead Series giveaway, where the first 500 guests who enter the Ballpark will receive a special, limited edition bobblehead figurine. The Bobblehead Series will feature some iconic Bridgeport personalities, including P.T. Barnum, Mayor Bill Finch, and of course B.B. the Bluefish.

April 29 (10:35 a.m.) - School Day - Students swim in schools to the Ballpark at Harbor Yard for the first official weekday game of the season. CLICK HERE for tickets
May 6 (7:05 p.m.) - City of Bridgeport/Nurse Appreciation Night / Mayor Finch Bobblehead Giveaway - Bluefish to honor the City of Bridgeport and Nurses with special offers. Fans have an opportunity to show appreciation by purchasing tickets to send Nurses to the game. First 500 fans will receive a Mayor Finch Bobblehead. CLICK HERE to purchase tickets
June 24 (7:05 p.m.) - Bark in the Park, presented by Paws 'N Effect / B.B. Bobblehead Giveaway, presented by Connecticut Department of Transportation - Bring your dogs out to The Ballpark at Harbor Yard to enjoy a game of baseball, while the first 500 fans will receive a B.B. July 1 (7:05 p.m.) - PT Barnum Bobblehead Giveaway - Help the Bluefish celebrate PT Barnum's Birthday one day early. First 500 fans will receive a PT Barnum Bobblehead. CLICK HERE to purchase tickets

August 5 (7:05 p.m.) - Bobby Valentine Bobblehead Giveaway - Bluefish to celebrate local Sacred Heart Athletic Director Bobby Valentine's contribution to baseball with a bobblehead that captures his Met dugout disguise. September 9 (7:05 p.m.) - Chaz & AJ Bobblehead Giveaway, presented by PLR - Bluefish to honor 99.1 PLR's popular morning show hosts Chaz & AJ with a double bobblehead giveaway, courtesy of PLR. September 16 (7:05 p.m.) - George H. W. Bush Bobblehead Giveaway - Bluefish cap off the Bobblehead Series with a George H. W. Bush Bobblehead Giveaway to the first 500 fans.
