September 2, 2009 - National Lacrosse League (NLL)
Philadelphia Wings News Release

Philadelphia Wings General Manager and Head Coach Dave Huntley has announced the team has traded defender Matt Bocklet to the Orlando Titans in exchange for lefty forward Ben Rubeor. Rubeor, a two-time Tewaarton finalist (2007 and 2008) at the University of Virginia, was originally drafted by the Titans (46 overall) in last year's NLL draft but did not play during the 2009 season.

The Towson, MD native accrued 212 points (136G 76A) in 61 career games played at Virginia for an average of 3.48 points per game. In addition to being named a Tewaarton finalist in 2007 and 2008, Rubeor was an All-Senior All-American (2008), First Team All-American (2007), Second Team All-American (2008), and a three time member of the All Atlantic Coast Conference Team (2006-2008). In his Major League Lacrosse career he has 18 points (14G 4A) in 11 career games played for Long Island and Washington.

For only $120 you can guarantee a great lower level seat for eight exciting games of Wings lacrosse at the Wachovia Center. Call 215-389-WING (9464) or visit WingsLAX.com for more information.
