
Wild And Storm To Battle For First Place On Saturday

The Wichita Wild and Sioux Falls Storm will renew their rivalry for the second time in 2010 on Saturday night in Sioux Falls. Wichita enters the game with a 3-1 record with their only loss coming at the hands of the Storm. Sioux Falls is 4-0 on the season. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:05 PM and the game can be heard LIVE on 1330-AM KNSS or listen online at www.knssradio.com.
The Wild has never beaten the Storm in four all-time meetings. Wild quarterback Dixie Wooten is coming off of his best game of the season. In Omaha last week Wooten passed for 153 yards and four touchdowns. Wooten also ran for four more TD's. Wide receiver Clinton Solomon continues to put up big numbers as well. Solomon leads the IFL in TD receptions with 9 and is second in the league in receptions with 30.
The Storm is led offensively by quarterback Terrance Bryant who is second in the league in passing yards with 734. Bryant has passed for 12 touchdowns and only one interception this season. Former Kansas State wide receiver James Terry leads the league in receptions with 31. The Storm defense, led by linebacker Mark Blackburn, has only allowed 31.3 points per game.
The Wild return home on April 10 to play the Omaha Beef at Hartman Arena. Tickets can be purchased from the Hartman Arena Box Office in Park City or by calling the box office at 316-927-3999.
