
Wheeler joins Gwizzlies

Clinton Wheeler has been named the Regional Director Coach of the Gwizzlies basketball camps in Georgia and the Southeast and staff assistant coach for the Gwizzlies. Wheeler is a fomer ballplayer for the NBA Portland Traiblazers and Indiana Pacers.He was named one of the 50 greatest ballplayers in the CBA and one of the all-time ballplayers of the USBL.Wheeler will direct the April Tryout camp and our camps scheluded for June and August.He will take a Gwizzlies free agent team to play in the Owensboro,Kentucky Independence Bank Pro Am Tournament July 6-11 in Owensboro.Also Wheeler will join our coaching staff as a staff assistant coach for the 2004-05 season.
