What to Expect on Marvel Super Hero Night

Buffalo Bandits News Release
The Buffalo Bandits are excited to host their first-ever Marvel Super Hero Night when they take on the Saskatchewan Rush at KeyBank Center on Friday, March 8.
Bandits fans of all ages will have the special opportunity to engage with fun Marvel activations while cheering on their favorite team. The Bandits will also honor several local hometown heroes as part of the night.
Faceoff is slated for 7:30 p.m. Secure your seats here.
Here's everything you can expect ahead of Friday's game.
Special-Edition Jerseys
Buffalo will wear special-edition Guardians of the Galaxy-themed jerseys that feature Rocket Raccoon, in honor of the Bandits' mascot, Rax.
The jerseys are available to be bid on at bandits.com/auction until March 10 at 10 a.m. Game-worn Marvel shorts are also available for purchase on the auction site for $50 until sold out.
Comic Book Giveaway
The first 8,000 fans in attendance will receive a Marvel-themed "Legends of Lax" comic book, which features Dhane Smith, Ian MacKay, and Steve Priolo as well as Marvel superheroes such as the Hulk, Iron Man, and Captain Marvel.
Character Appearances
Fans will have the chance to interact with Star-Lord and Iron Man throughout the night while listening to a Marvel/Guardians of the Galaxy playlist and taking part in Marvel Comic trivia and a Groot Dance Cam.
Concourse Activations
In the concourse, fans can take photos with a 10-foot-tall balloon Groot and enjoy facepainting, air brush tattoos, and balloon twist artist.
Hometown 'Super' Hero
One winner will be highlighted at the game as our Hometown 'Super' Hero.
