The Danbury Whalers are climbing the standings and currently sit in 2nd place in the Federal Hockey League. Their most recent streak has the team winning 8 of the last 9 games.

Tonight - Friday, November 28th, the Danbury Whalers are home at the Danbury Ice Arena to take on the Steel City Warriors. Gametime is set for 7:35 PM.

It is the 5th straight year of HVCASA Black Friday. Fans will have a chance to go home with a ton of great prizes and gifts. There will be contests throughout the night and if you don't go home with something, you weren't really trying.

Great gifts, great hockey, plus seeing some old friends...that's a solid night.

HVCASA is the Housatonic Valley Coalition Against Substance Abuse. HVCASA is a coalition of volunteers, citizens, and prevention professionals dedicated to developing and coordinating services that reduce the harmful effects of substance abuse and addiction on individuals, families, and children living and working in the twenty-two towns that comprise the Northwest corner of Connecticut.
