Wenatchee Wild News Release
WENATCHEE, Wash. - The Wenatchee Wild have announced a trade with the Red Deer Rebels of the Western Hockey League (WHL). 2003-born forward Carson Latimer has been traded to Red Deer in exchange for the Rebels' fifth-round selection in the 2024 WHL Prospects Draft, and a third-round pick in the 2025 draft, conditional upon Latimer's reporting to Red Deer this coming season. The Ottawa Senators currently hold Latimer's National Hockey League draft rights.
Hailing from Surrey, British Columbia, Latimer is a veteran of 143 WHL games, scoring 97 points during his time with the Edmonton Oil Kings, Prince Albert Raiders and Winnipeg ICE.
