Week Three Players of the Week Announced

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Randy Bell, Milwaukee Bonecrushers
Bell helped his current team beat his former team, the Rock River Raptors, by recording three touchdowns as the Bonecrushers won 53-40 at the Rockford MetroCentre in Rockford, Ill.
The reigning CIFL Offensive Player of the Year had a 26-yard and 30-yard receiving score and a rushing score of 11 yards. The rushing score late in the game secured the victory by making it 53-34 and giving Milwaukee its largest lead of the night.
For the game, Bell racked up 170 all-purpose yards, including 66 returning, 56 receiving and 48 rushing.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Aaron Lane, Fort Wayne Freedom
Lane picked off two passes, and returned one to the house, in helping the Fort Wayne Freedom win their home debut, 46-23, over Marion at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Ind.
Lane's first pick of the night resulted in a touchdown after he raced 48 yards to paydirt to give his team a 20-3 lead with 6:05 left in the first half. He grabbed his second INT near the end of the third, which Fort Wayne turned into a touchdown nine plays later.
Lane finished the night with nine tackles, including six solos.
SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Derrick Brown, Wisconsin Wolfpack
Brown returned one kick for a touchdown, and nearly duplicated the feat later in the game, during Wisconsin's 40-36 loss to Chicago at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wis.
The Texas A&M product opened the game with a 53-yard kick return for a touchdown, giving the Wolfpack a 7-0 lead just 20 seconds into the game. Brown also recorded a 38-yard return down the Chicago five late in the opening quarter.
On the night, Brown averaged 25.8 yards per return and accounted for 167 all-purpose yards.
