Wave United Preseason Schedule Set

(Milwaukee, WI) Milwaukee Wave United, the Wave's outdoor (A-League) team announced today that it will play a five game preseason schedule beginning with tomorrow's match (Thursday, April 24) against the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee at Uihlein Soccer Park. Kick-off time for Thursday's match will be 6 PM.
Coach Art Kramer's team will play the University of Wisconsin in Madison (April 26, 3 PM) and Marquette University at Uihlein (May 1, 6 PM) to round out its preseason action against collegiate competition. Wave United will also take on the Bavarian major team on May 8 in a 6:30 PM match at Bavarian Field. Another match against the Milwaukee Kickers U-23 team should be finalized soon.

Wave United opens its first A-League season on Friday, May 16, 7:05 PM when it hosts the Minnesota Thunder at Uihlein Soccer Park. Art Kramer's team will also host the defending MLS champion Los Angeles Galaxy in an exhibition match on Sunday, May 18, 4:05 PM at Uihlein.
