The 21-year old Wagenfuhr, who was Dallas' 4th choice (31st overall) in the 2004 MLS SuperDraft had not made any appearances for the Burn (2-2-2, 8 pts.) so far this season.
Wagenfuhr was also Wave United's first choice (7th overall) in the December 2003 A-League College Draft following an outstanding collegiate career at Creighton University. Wagenfuhr was also a member of two College Cup (Final Four) squads in 2000 and 2002.
"We're very happy to add a player like David Wagenfuhr," said Keith Tozer, Milwaukee Vice President â Soccer Operations. "He had a great college career and we expect him to continue to do well at the professional level."
"David was our #1 draft choice so obviously he was a player that we coveted," said Wave United Coach Art Kramer. "His ability to get up and down the left side should prove valuable, especially in the short term."
