Washington Stealth to Hold Bombshells Auditions October 14

Everett, Wash.- The Washington Stealth has announced that open auditions for the 2013 Bombshells dance team will be held on October 14 at the Comcast Arena at Everett. Women ages 18 and over with dance experience will learn and perform a dance routine for a panel of judges with the hopes of joining the National Lacrosse League's premiere dance team.

"Since our inception, the Bombshells have established themselves as the premier dance team in the National Lacrosse League," said Monae Thomas, a third-year member of the dance team beginning her inaugural season as the Director of the Bombshells. "We have high standards for what we expect from our dancers on and off the floor and we are looking for women that will maintain those standards during the auditions process."

The 2013 Bombshells auditions at the Comcast Arena will begin with registration at 11:15am, with the dance and interview portions of the auditions taking place from 12-4pm. Selections will be made immediately after.

Prior to the tryout, there will also be a pre-audition workshop for all interested dancers on October 5 from 6:30-8pm at Seattle Executive Fitness, located at 700 5 th Avenue #1400, Seattle 98104. The pre-audition workshop will give participants the opportunity to learn the routine that will be part of the audition process.

Participants are asked to fill out the 2013 Bombshells auditions registration form on the Stealth website (www.stealthlax.com). On the day of the auditions, please provide a dance resume and headshot, along with a $10 registration fee. Proper dance attire is required.
