
Warriors End Winless Skid with 5-1 Victory

The Michigan Warriors ended their 9-game winless streak with a 5-1 victory over the Jamestown Ironmen at Perani Arena and Event Center tonight. Michigan now trails 2nd place Kalamazoo by 2 points in the NAHL North Division standings.
Zak Thompson netted 2 goals (4 &5), while Chris Eckler (5), AJ White (12) and Joey Ferriss (8) also scored in the victory. Brach Tiller stopped 46 of 47 Jamestown shots on net, as he earned his 10th victory of the season.
Michigan's next home game is Sunday November 20, 2011 when they play host to the Jamestown Ironmen, with a 2:00 PM face-off.
