Walker Returns to the BlueCats

EVANSVILLE, IN: The Evansville BlueCats are pleased to announce the resigning of wide receiver Tyrone Walker for the 2007 indoor football season. Walker joined the BlueCats in Week 9 last season and was an important part of the BlueCats passing attack once he arrived in Evansville.

Last season, Walker made 35 catches for 434 yards and 6 touchdowns in only 10 games. These totals were second on the team in receiving yards, and third on the team in receptions and receiving touchdowns. Walker was on the receiving end of the longest pass play in Evansville BlueCats history when he hauled in a 45 yard touchdown pass in last seasons 37-15 first round playoff victory over the Omaha Beef.

The 6'3" 200 pound receiver played college football for Western Michigan. Tyrone was scouted and placed through the indoor football scouting bureau.
