LAREDO, TX- Laredo Bucks forward Alex Goupil is nominated for the Central Hockey League's performance of the week, for his two-goal third period performance in last Saturday's 3-1 win in Corpus Christi.
Fans can vote for Goupil to win the weekly award until Monday, November 3rd by going to www.centralhockeyleague.com. The winner will be announced on Election day, November 4th.
Goupil, from Ottawa, Ontario, scored the game-winning goal just 2:11 into the third period of last Saturday's contest, then he put the game away with 5:56 left in the game to beat the Ice Rays 3-1.
