VooDoo activate WR/LB Anthony Collins and WR/LB Tremaine Neal from injured reserve

In preparation for their season finale against the Austin Wranglers tomorrow, the New Orleans VooDoo have made several roster moves. The VooDoo have activated WR/LB Anthony Collins and WR/LB Tremaine Neal to the active roster from the injured reserve list

Collins (6-2, 205, Morgan State), has appeared in eight games for New Orleans this season, recording 12 receptions for 158 yards with two touchdowns offensively, while adding 11 solo tackles, four assisted tackles, one pass defense and one fumble recovery on defense. Collins was placed on injured reserve April 23 with an abdominal injury.

Neal (6-3, 215, Valdosta State) has appeared in four games for the VooDoo this season with eight receptions for 68 yards with one touchdown on offense, while adding seven solo tackles, seven assisted tackles and one fumble recovery on defense. Neal was placed on the injured reserve list with a shoulder injury on May 7.

To make room for Collins and Neal on the roster, the team placed WR/LB Tory Woodbury on the injured reserve list and waived OL/DL Jason Berger.

The VooDoo will host Southern Division rival Austin on Sunday at 3 pm at the New Orleans Arena. The game can be heard on WSMB 1350-AM as well as with a Spanish language broadcast on WFNO 830-AM.
