Huntsville, AL - The Tennessee Valley Vipers will open the 2003 training camp two weeks from today on Wednesday, March 19th.
Joining the Vipers in camp will be former Alabama A&M University offensive lineman, Ron Wilson. Wilson (6-2, 290) has been a mainstay on the Bulldog offensive line for the past four years staring as a true freshman in 1999. He never missed a game in his career and played in the 2000 and 2002 SWAC Championship Game. He prepped at Vigor High School in Mobile.
The team can bring 35 players into camp and must cut that number to 30 by March 21. The roster must then be cut from 30 to 21 by March 30. The Vipers currently have 27 players assigned for the 2003 season.
