Tennessee Valley Raptors News Release

HUNTSVILLE, AL - Injuries continue to force the Tennessee Valley Vipers to make roster changes. Fullback/linebacker, Derek Fuqua, and wide receiver/linebacker, Calvin Hall, will both miss the next two weeks with injuries.

The Vipers are activating wide receiver/linebacker, Ronald Bonner, who has not played since the home opening win over Mobile on April 20. He fractured a bone just below the knee and has missed four games. He should be ready to play this weekend.

The Vipers also picked up fullback/linebacker, Roger Terry. He has spent three seasons in the Arena Football League, but has only played in six games. He has recorded 5.5 tackles and two quarterback hits. He played at Kent State from 1994-1997, but missed the 1995 season with an injury. He is currently 19th on the all-time tackle list at Kent State with 319. He also recorded 21 tackles-for-loss for 48 yards and three interceptions.

The Vipers travel to Pensacola this weekend to battle the Barracudas. Pensacola makes the trip to Huntsville on June 1. Kickoff for that game is set for 7:30 at the Von Braun Center.
