Gundry brings seven years of professional football experience to the Venom. He is also the Founder and CEO of Mischief Sports who represents clients in the National Football League, Canadian Football League, Arena Football League, National Hockey League and other Indoor Football leagues.
"Bringing an area scout like Mark on board to assist in finding players is a key for our success in 2015," said Venom General Manager/Head Coach Billy Back. "Mark knows the type of player we are looking for to represent our organization. He brings the exact same integrity that we expect here in the Music City. With Mark's skills and experience this new addition has us all excited and anxious to get started."

"I'm stoked to be working with Coach Back and his players," said Gundry. "They bring a special touch to the city of Nashville. My job is to help bring the best talent to the team. I also can assist players to make it to the next level. This is a great marriage. I am a guy that has worked hard to get where I am and so has everyone in the Venom organization. Ernie Banks had a saying, "Let's Play Two." Well, I want us to win two.
