April 9, 2015 - Professional Indoor Football League (PIFL)
Nashville Venom News Release
NASHVILLE- The Nashville Venom of the Professional Indoor Football League announced the re-signing of two players from their 2014 PIFL championship team. FB/OL Stanlee Bradley (Antioch High School) and OG Anthony Jackson have found their way back to Nashville.
It won't be difficult to find them as Jackson stands 6'5 and weighs 360 pounds and Bradley tips the scales at 330 pounds. Last season Bradley earned All-PIFL Offensive Team honors scoring six touchdowns and helped a line that gave up the least amount of sacks in the league.
Venom Head Coach Billy Back was elated to get the two back in the fold.
"Let's just say we got a lot better as a team today," said Back. "Both guys made significant contributions for us winning it all last season. ¬ËAnt' came in mid-season and was a staple at guard. ¬ËStan' got better and better each week and earned a spot on the All-PIFL team. Getting them back makes us a better team instantly."
The Venom will travel to Huntsville, Alabama to take on the Alabama Hammers this Saturday at 7 p.m.
