
Utah Snowbears improve to 13-0 with 101-95 win over Calgary

Curtis Millage had three steals in Calgary's final four possessions, converted two into layups and one into a three point play to keep Utah undefeated with a 101-95 win over Calgary. The point guard had 9 points down the stretch to go along with his steals, while Clay Tucker came off the Snowbears bench to drop a game high 33 points for Utah.
Calgary showed balance and tenacity, oftern trailing by as many as 15 points, but never gave up and even led with four minutes left. Newest Driller DeJuan Wheat had a four point play in the fourth and joined James Penney by combining for 17 fourth quarter points to get the Drillers back in the game before falling to Utah.
Ike Austin played with his starting line-up, using Alex Austin and Clay Tucker in a reserve role, while starting Jared Ramirez and Tony Farmer instead. Ramirez had two huge threes in the second half, while Farmer had a 16 point 13 rebound double double in his first start. Tucker went for 16 points in the first half and 16 more in the third period alone. He finished with 8 rebounds to go with his 33 points. Harold Arceneaux added 13 points to round out the Snowbears in double figures. Penney finished with 17 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Drillers.Jerrick Oliver added 16 points while Wheat and Brian Lewin finished with 15 points each.
