
USL Discipline Report: Week 2
April 6, 2016 - United Soccer League Championship (USL) News Release
TAMPA, Fla. - The following is the USL's discipline report for Week 2 of the 2016 season:
Three players will be suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount for their violations from the previous week.
Portland Timbers 2 midfielder Dylan Damraoui was issued a straight red card in the 85th minute of T2's 3-1 loss against Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 last Saturday for a serious tackle against WFC2's Alphonso Davies. Damraoui is suspended for Portland's upcoming game against Rio Grande Valley FC on Friday at Merlo Field.
Orlando City B midfielder Tony Rocha accumulated two yellow cards and subsequently was sent off from last Friday's scoreless draw against the Charleston Battery. He will be suspended for Orlando's match at Louisville City FC on Saturday at Slugger Field.
Bethlehem Steel FC midfielder Bolu Akinyode also was issued two yellow cards and sent off during the club's 2-1 loss to FC Cincinnati on Sunday. Akinyode is suspended for Bethlehem's road match against the New York Red Bulls II on Sunday at Red Bull Arena.
