
US Open Cup Semi-Final Tickets on Sale Monday

Seattle Sounders News Release
The Seattle Sounders announced today tickets for the September 4th U.S. Open Cup Semi-Final match against FC Dallas of Major League Soccer (MLS) will go on sale to the general public on Monday August 13th at 10:00 AM through ticketmaster.com or by calling 206 628-0888. The match will take place at Qwest Field.
Sounders season ticket holders will be able to purchase tickets through the Sounders front office beginning Wednesday, August 8th.
Additional reserved seat sections have been designated with prices ranging from $25 and $20 depending on location. General admission tickets will be $15.
Group tickets are available by calling the Sounders ticket office at 206 622-3415 (groups consist of 20 or more seats).
The Sounders booked their spot in the semi-finals by throttling the Colorado Rapids of MLS 5-0 on Tuesday, August 7th. The five-goal deficit is the worst defeat suffered by an MLS team in Open Cup history. The league's worst loss to USL opponents prior to Tuesday night was three goals, which has happened four times since 1996. Of those four games, two of them involved the Rapids.
