Twins Add Three Infielders to 2018 Roster

Texarkana, USA - The Texarkana Twins are excited to announce the addition of three infielders, Caleb Lasseigne from LSU-Shreveport, Chris Delgado from the University of New Orleans, and Will Hamilton from West Texas A&M.
Caleb Lasseigne is a Junior infielder for the LSU-Shreveport Pilots. There he has been a fixture in the lineup, starting 58 games his first two seasons on campus. As a freshman, Lasseigne hit .359 in 49 games, earning the start in 20 of them. He followed that up with a Sophomore campaign, where he had six multi-hit games and started 38 games. One of Lasseigne's biggest strengths is his ability to draw walks and get on base, during his career at LSU-Shreveport, Lasseigne has walked 85 times and only struck out 76 times.
Chris Delgado is a Freshman infielder for the University of New Orleans, where has played sparingly during his first year on campus. As a high school player, Delgado was a solid player, hitting .333 for Boswell High School and swiping 14 bases in 19 games, providing an asset to the team in the run game.
Will Hamilton is a Junior infielder for West Texas A&M University. This is his first season on campus after spending two seasons at Otero Junior College. While at Otero, Hamilton used his speed to create plays, ranking among the region leaders in triples during his Sophomore season. He was also a mainstay in the lineup, playing in 53 games.
