Seven current Lumberjacks are in their second year of eligibility, including Cameron Berg, Alex Gagne, Hank Kempf, Frankie Carogioello, Quinn Hutson, Jack Williams, and Tanner Kelly. Former Lumberjacks Dylan Gratton, David Gucciardi, and Paul Minnehan are in their first year of eligibility.

Cameron Berg, Alex Gagne, and Jacob Guevin have each earned All-USHL honors in the 2020-2021 season. Berg, who was named to the All-USHL Third Team, showcased himself with 27 goals and 58 points. Along with Berg, Gagne also made the All-USHL Third Team and contributed 26 points in 53 games with an astonishing +35 plus/minus, which is a franchise record. Hank Kempf earned the USHL's All-Rookie honors in the 2019-2020 season with 17 assists, which was third-most of any rookie defenseman. Kempf also showcased his skills in the classroom by being named to the USHL All-Academic Team in 2020 and, alongside Berg, participated in the BioSteel All-American game which featured the top American-born prospects eligible for the upcoming NHL Draft.

Thomas Sinclair was on the NHL's Central Scouting Preliminary Players to Watch List, tallying 4 goals and 14 assists in 37 games this past season. Former Lumberjacks Dylan Gratton, David Gucciardi, and Paul Minnehan are also eligible for the 2021 NHL Draft. Although their time in Muskegon was short, all of them made an impact on the team and we wish them the best in their career.

"This is a culmination of years of hard work from these young men. We take pride in the development of our players and strive to continue Muskegon's tradition of producing elite athletes," said Steve Lowe, President of Hockey Operations.
