
Tulsa Shock Re-Sign Vicki Baugh to a One-Year Contract

Tulsa, Okla. - The Tulsa Shock have re-signed forward Vicki Baugh to a one-year contract. In 2014, Baugh signed a one-year contract with Tulsa, which expired in September. Baugh appeared in 33 games, averaging 2.5 points per game, 2.9 rebounds per game and 8.1 minutes per game in 2014.
"Vicki was part of our rookie class in 2012 and she continues to work hard on her game," said Steve Swetoha, President of the Tulsa Shock. "We are excited to have her back in a Shock uniform in 2015."
Baugh scored a career-high ten points in San Antonio on May 17, 2014 and grabbed a career-high nine rebounds vs. Indiana on July 8, 2014.
" Vicki has shown improvement throughout her basketball career," said Fred Williams, Head Coach of the Tulsa Shock. " She will provide us with veteran leadership and strength on the boards. She is capable of pulling extraordinary moments within games, making her a highly valuable player. We look for her to continue helping us this season to reach our team goals ."
The Shock drafted Baugh in 2012 in the third round (25th overall). Baugh has participated in three training camps with Tulsa in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
