Tribute to Freedom Fighters This Saturday

LAKE CHARLES - The Louisiana Swashbucklers are proud to pay tribute to our men and women in uniform who have kept our country out of harms way. In celebration of our independence, the Swashbucklers have orchestrated a half time event entitled the Salute to Freedom Fighters which includes field participation from each branch as well as pyrotechnics.

Confirmed participation to date includes police departments from Lake Charles, Westlake, Iowa, the Sheriff's Department, Marshall's office, Marines, National Guard, Navy, Air force, the Civil Air Patrol, and the Lake Charles Fire Department.

In additional, all who wear their uniform to the game will enjoy free admission and two- for-one-tickets for their immediate family members.

The Louisiana Swashbucklers are playing the undefeated Odessa Roughnecks this Saturday and are looking forward to the intensity between these two rivals. Tickets start at just $7 on the KPLC upper deck. Doors open at 6:00 PM. Kick off is at 7:05 PM.
