Tri-Cities Fever Announce Assistant Dance Team Coach

Kennewick WA. – The Tri-Cities Fever of the National Indoor Football League are proud to announce Sara Tove Rees as their Assistant Dance Team Coach

Currently Sara directs the dance program and pom squad at Walla Walla Community College in Wala Wala, WA. She has over 22 years of training, teaching and coaching experience in ballet, jazz, hip-hop and theater. She trained at Stephens College, Perry Mansfield, Westlake Dance Center, and the Tri-Cities Academy of Ballet. She is a member of the Directors of America and a former member of the Semi-Pro Tri-City Rattlers Dance Team.

Sara moved to the Tri-Cities area from Seattle where she taught hip hop and ballet at Auburn Dance Academy and coached their Xtreme Hip Hop Performing group. In addition to coaching and teaching at Walla Walla Community College, Sara choreographs for several other studios and dance teams in the Pacific Northwest.

Dance team auditions this Sunday, January 9th

Cheer Coach, Bobbi Buttars and Assistant Coach, Sara Rees will be on hand for the Fever cheerleader/dance team tryouts this Sunday, January 9th at the Elite Dance Center. Those interested must be 18 years of age or older and a dance/cheerleading background preferred.

Registration 9:00 – 9:30 AM
Fee $25.00
Auditions 9:30AM - 2PM

Be prepared to learn a short dance routine and cheer. Hopefuls must wear a two-piece leotard, tights, and dance shoes or sneakers. Please have full performance hair and makeup complete upon your arrival.
