Doyle is just nine points shy of becoming just the third player in league history to reach 1,000 career points. The Rock play twice this weekend, with a home game tonight at Air Canada Centre against the Philadelphia Wings at 7:30pm Eastern, and then a game on Saturday at HSBC Arena in Buffalo against the Buffalo Bandits at 7:30pm. Both games will be broadcast live online at The NLL Network at NLL.com.

Entering the weekend's games, the current all-time regular season career points leaders are as follows:

2) Gary Gait, Rochester Knighthawks 1139

3) Colin Doyle, Toronto Rock 991

4) Josh Sanderson, Calgary Roughnecks 882

5) John Grant, Rochester Knighthawks 841

In another note of interest for this weekend, UFC fighter Randy Couture, who has formed a partnership with the Edmonton Rush, will have an Edmonton Rush logo on his shorts during his bout on Saturday night as part of UFC 109. The fight is on pay-per-view, but the logo should be visible in highlights that will air on SportsCenter and other sports highlights shows following the event on Saturday night.
