Toronto at Puerto Rico live Friday on Fox Soccer Channel

The USL First Division playoff chase for the final berth has come down the final weekend and two teams. The Puerto Rico Islanders need to win out in their two matches against Toronto over the weekend with Friday's contest live on Fox Soccer Channel.

Trailing Portland by four points and needing a win or tie to stay alive, the Islanders will then be waiting to hear Saturday's result from Richmond at Portland, where they need a Timber's loss or draw, depending on Friday's result, to open the door for the final berth.

A tough Lynx squad will be looking to cap a disappointing season with some success. The club's 3- 15-8 record is deceptive given only five of their defeats were by more than one goal. The Lynx played Puerto Rico to 4-4 and 1-1 draws in Toronto earlier in the season.

Next Week The USL First Division playoffs begin the second leg of the Seattle series (versus Portland or Richmond) Sunday, September 18 on Fox Soccer Channel live at 10:00 ET. The playoffs continue the following week with a featured second-leg contest being broadcast Sunday, September 25 before the championship game on Saturday, October 1.
