Phoenix, Ariz. - The Arizona Rattlers (3-1) will host the Titans (1-4) Saturday night at 8:05 p.m central time at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona. The Titans enter the game coming off a 59-45 to the Iowa Barnstormers last weekend, meanwhile the Rattlers are coming off a 62-49 victory over the Nebraska Danger.
The Rattlers' enter the game with the league's top ranked rushing attack led by running backs Shadrach Thornton and Darrell Monroe. Arizona averages 119 rush yards per game, the best in the IFL which will be a test for Cedar Rapids' run defense which allows 109 yards per game, which is last in the league.
The Titans offense looks to continue it's momentum entering the game with the top passing offense leading the IFL in total yards per game. Quarterback Jake Medlock on top of the league in passing yards per game (194.8), pass touchdowns (16), and rushing touchdowns (7).
In the loss to Iowa, Medlock had four touchdowns (two pass, two rush) and RB Tyler Thomas had two rushing touchdowns.
