CEDAR RAPIDS, IA : The Cedar Rapids Titans (2-1) will face off against the Tri-Cities Fever (1-1) at home on Mediacom Field at the U.S Cellular Center on Friday, March 20. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:05 P.M CT. This is the fourth meeting all-time between the two team with Cedar Rapids holding a 2-1 edge.

The Titans come into the game after going to the brink against the Billings Wolves last week. Cedar Rapids defeated the Wolves 45-38 in double overtime and spoiled the Wolves home IFL debut. Kicker Rockne Belmonte was named IFL Special Teams Player of the Week after his 50-yard kick with no time remaining sent the game into overtime.

Offensively, the Titans rank third in points per game averaging 47 per contest. QB Sam Durley leads the Titans and has 401 yards and 10 passing touchdowns this season. Last week against the Wolves he threw for three touchdowns. RB Washaun Ealey leads Cedar Rapids on the ground. Ealey has had a rushing touchdown in each game he has played this season and 127 yards and five rushing touchdowns on the season. Pray is currently second in the IFL in receiving yards with 173 and has two touchdown catches in each game this season.

The Titans defense currently ranks second in the IFL in points per game giving up only 36 per contest. Demetruce McNeal leads the Titans in tackles with 26 and he also has interceptions in back-to-back games. The Titans defense is ignited by the ferocious pass rush which has accounted for nine sacks in the first three games. DL Xzavie Jackson, the all-time IFL leader in sacks, needs just a half sack to have 50 in his career.

Cedar Rapids will look to shut down a high-powered Tri-Cities Fever offense fueled by a 71-63 loss to the Green Bay Blizzard last week.

2011 and 2012 Second Team All-IFL QB Houston Lillard leads the Fever offense in 2015. Lillard is second all-time in career passing touchdowns with 201.
