Titans Halt Lightning Streak at 8
(KITCHENER, ON) The London Lightning dropped their first game in 9 tries on Saturday night at the Aud against the Titans. It was a very back and forth game with both teams pulling ahead and falling behind multiple times by double digits. In the end the Lightning gave up too many easy looks from three and had foul trouble most of the game with a foul count of 33 to 21 in favour of the Titans they could not extend their win streak past 8. 129-125 was the final.
The Lightning were led offensively by Jaylen Babb-Harrison who scored 24 points off the bench in only 24 minutes on 9-12 shooting. Other key contributors were Mo Bolden who a double double with 20 points and 11 rebounds, Garrett Williamson finished with 18 points, Xavier Moon had 17 off the bench. Marvin Phillips chipped in 14 points and AJ Gaines had 10.
