Tim Larocca Added to Coaching Staff

LUDLOW, Mass., January 4, 2011 ¬" The Western Mass Pioneers are pleased to announce that Tim Larocca has joined the Pioneers coaching staff. Larocca, who played for the Pioneers in 2008, brings firsthand knowledge of the skill needed to play in the USL, alongside the sense of pride wearing the Pioneers shirt brings.
"I'm pleased to have the privilege of being back with the Pioneers, ¬Â Larocca states, ¬Åthis time in a coaching capacity. Working with Joe will certainly be a valuable experience for me and for all of the players involved. I am excited to have the opportunity of helping guide the 2011 Western Mass Pioneers' organization back to the forefront of the nation's elite clubs."
Head coach Joe Calabrese is also happy to have Larocca on staff. "I know firsthand Tim is an excellent field coach and teacher of the game. He has a tremendous track record of success both as a player and coach. We are excited about the opportunity to work along side of each other with the Western Mass Pioneers organization. We look forward to reestablishing the Western Mass Pioneers as an elite club in the PDL during the 2011 season."
