Ticket Packages on Sale Monday

Moosic, PA - During the short four week span that Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees 2013 season ticket packages have been open for renewal to existing season ticket holders, the team has renewed the same amount of accounts as they did by February 1, 2011 for the 2011 season.

Beginning on Monday, September 10th at 10 AM, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees season ticket packages for the upcoming 2013 season at PNC Field will go on sale to the general public. Season tickets have been on sale to renewal clients since Monday, August 6th

"The fans who have been with us in years past have really shown their support and are excited about the affordable, family fun approach we are going to have in 2013," said SWB Yankees President and General Manager Rob Crain. "With nearly 600 people on our waiting list, fans are chomping at the bit to secure their package. Tickets at the new PNC Field are sure to be a hot commodity."

Prior to Monday, interested parties can still sign up for the SWB Yankees season ticket wait list. The season ticket wait list wait gives fans the first opportunity to purchase a plan at the reconstructed PNC Field. Fans can sign up for the wait list by going to www.swbyankees.com/waitlist or by calling (570) 969-2255.

"Each business day we average nearly 30 additional people to our ticket package wait list," said Crain. "It's the best way for potential new season ticket package holders to secure their seats for 2013."
