
Gwinnett Braves Release 2013 Schedule

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA - The Gwinnett Braves released the first edition of their 2013 regular season schedule on Wednesday, September 5. The fifth season of Triple-A baseball at Coolray Field will begin on Thursday, April 4 as the G-Braves take on the International League South Division rival Charlotte Knights. Season tickets for 2013 are on sale now by calling (678) 277-0340.
The G-Braves, Triple-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, will play 12 total homestands in 2013, two of which will be brief home-and-home series against Charlotte (April 21-22, July 31-August 2). The other 10 homestands will each be at least four games in length, including April 4-7 vs. Charlotte, April 15-18 vs. Norfolk, May 2-9 vs. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and Pawtucket, May 18-26 vs. Louisville and Toledo, June 4-11 vs. Rochester and Columbus, May 21-28 vs. Syracuse and Buffalo, July 4-11 vs. Charlotte, Durham and Norfolk, July 18-23 vs. Indianapolis and Durham, August 9-16 vs. Lehigh Valley and Durham and August 26-30 vs. Norfolk and Durham. Gwinnett will host Syracuse for a scheduled doubleheader on Sunday, June 23.
