
Three QMJHL teams atop CHL Mosaik MasterCard Top 10 rankings

BOUCHERVILLE, Wednesday, November 1, 2006 - The Canadian Hockey League today announced the CHL Mosaik MasterCard Top 10 rankings for week six. Three Quebec Major Junior Hockey League teams managed to crack the upper echelon of the CHL.
The Vancouver Giants seem absolutely invincible. They remain in the top spot this week thanks to a record of fifteen wins in sixteen games.
The Shawinigan Cataractes fell a few spots to number five, while the Screaming Eagles gained momentum thanks to a five-game winning streak, and climbed to ninth. Finally, the Gatineau Olympiques, who are in the midst of a five-game losing streak, managed to hang on to the final spot in the rankings.
The weekly rankings of the Canadian Hockey League's top 10 teams are selected by a panel of National Hockey League scouts.
