
Thomas suspended six games

BOUCHERVILLE, Thursday, September 24, 2009 - The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League Disciplinary Prefect today announced that forward Mike Thomas of the Sea Dogs has been suspended for a total of six contests for being the agressor in a fight during yesterday's game between Saint John and P.E.I.
The decision was rendered after reviewing the videotape of the incident and after consulting all concerned parties.
In accordance with the QMJHL policy in the matter of disciplinary sanctions, the Disciplinary Prefect will not be available for further comment.
