"NBA D-League: The Dream Starts Here" debuts Monday at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN2. Monday's show is the first of nine episodes on ESPN2 giving the viewer an all-access look at life in the NBA's minor league.
The theme of the first show is Training Camp, with an inside look as teams are assembled by the Los Angeles D-Fenders, the Sioux Falls Skyforce, the Dakota Wizards, the Colorado 14ers, and also tags along as former Lakers great Michael Cooper takes his Albuquerque Thunderbirds to China.
Subsequent episodes bring the viewer inside opening nights and then the annual MLK Showcase where teams, fans and NBA team player personnel executives braved blizzard conditions in Sioux Falls, S.D. to take in 12 games in three days.
