JOLIET, IL - The 2010 Caravan Tour makes stop number two tonight at Thayer's 158 North in Joliet from 7 to 9 p.m. It's another opportunity to meet the 2010 JackHammers and enjoy some fine dining at 158 North, located at 158 North Chicago Street in Joliet.

Player Spotlight: Freddie Thon
JOLIET, IL - The start of Spring Training is here and now the JackHammers begin their quest for their first playoff berth since 2002. Every day until Opening Day on Friday, May 21st in Fargo-Moorhead, a different player will be under the spotlight giving all fans an opportunity to learn the 2010 JackHammers. Today features first baseman Freddie Thon.

Freddie's Facts: Freddie enters his third season with the JackHammers. Thon was an All-Star in 2008 and 2009, earning a postseason All-Star honor last season. He was signed by the Chicago White Sox during the '08 season and advanced to Double A. Freddie finished up last season with Long Island in the Atlantic League. He was originally an 18th round pick by the Texas Rangers in the 2004 draft.
