ALBANY, NY - The Albany Empire has announced the return of fan favorite QB David Pindell! A rookie out of UConn, Pindell showed flashes of the ability to be a franchise quarterback. Pindell's ability to run the ball will bring a fresh and exciting new look to the Empire offense.
Pindell's mobility will create a major threat for opposing defenses, as he rushed for 2 touchdowns this past season. The Empire is very excited to have Pindell return, and to see what he can accomplish on the field.
Head Coach Tom Menas is looking forward to the return of Pindell to the Albany Empire, "David Pindell is an exceptional athlete with unbelievable talent. His skill set is second to none, whether it be using his legs or throwing the ball. We are excited to see what dimension Pindell can bring to the Empire in 2022".
