Team store sale runs through Christmas

LOVES PARK, Ill. - A quick stop at the Rockford RiverHawks' team store can fill the Christmas wish of a baseball fan on your shopping list, and save you some cash as well.
Rockford's only professional baseball team announced Thursday its Christmas sale, which features discounts of 50 percent or more in three popular areas of apparel. All hats have been lowered to $10. T-shirts are just $5. Hooded sweatshirts have been dropped to just $18.
The discounts are limited to inventory on hand. Selection of style and size is limited.
Shoppers can visit or call Road Ranger Stadium during normal business hours, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays. The sale runs through Dec. 23.
