LAKELAND, FL - It has only been a month since The Lakeland Raiders announced their intent to bring a professional indoor football team to Lakeland but in that short time, the organization has been on fire securing partners including the newest battalion member Total Body Conditioning as the Official Team Training Center.
Securing an official training center for The Lakeland Raiders is essential to the team's success as professional athletes must remain in top condition. Total Body Conditioning, located at 5705 South Florida Ave in Lakeland, offers superior facilities along classes ranging from yoga, boot camps, plyometrics, pilates, spin classes, strength classes and personalized work-outs. TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING is a unique all-in-one, 24 hour, private facility that offers all the options of a state-of-the-art fitness center with the privacy of working one-on-one with some of the most knowledgeable trainers in the industry using the latest and most effective tools and skills. Total Body Conditioning is proud and honored to be the Official Training Facility to the Lakeland Raiders. Our certified trainers are excited and privileged to be working with such fine athletes. After what we saw during tryouts and strength conditioning, Lakeland is in for a good show this season!

The Training Staff involved will be, Mark Bodine: owner of TBC Fitness, over 20 years of Strength Training experience working with amateur and professional athletes.
Roland Young: over 10 years of Strength Training experience, over 5 years of martial arts experience.
Will Shillito: over 10 years of strength training and competitive elite level runner and endurance coach.
Logan Irby and Paul Wilson: Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coaches, both with Division 1A College Football experience.
Eddie Betzer: Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer since ¬Ë06, experience in Division 1A Football, experience in both professional and non-professional sport related injuries. -Elizabeth Betzer Brown: Administrative Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Corporate Wellness Specialist and Membership Specialist.
Owner Michael Mink is very thankful to the local businesses and fans who have already pledged to assist the team with their upcoming season. "We work to grow, day by day, and we want Lakeland to be fully involved in every aspect of our winning team. The Raiders are not just my team - we are Lakeland's team and our partnership with Total Body Conditioning demonstrates our local commitment," said Mink when asked about the team's newest partner.
The Lakeland Raiders' season tickets are on sale now and with prices ranging from $59 to $140. For fans wanting the "Ultimate In-The-Game-Experience," lower level boxes, with seating for up to 10 fans, are available for $3500.
