Taylor Carnevale Named Windsor Spitfires Player of the Week

Centre Taylor Carnevale is the Windsor Spitfires Player of the Week for the period ending Sunday, February 13th.

In three games last week, the 19-year-old from Mississauga had three goals and two assists and a +2 rating, as the Spits won two out of three games.

Carnevale had a goal and two assists in a 6-4 loss to Owen Sound last Thursday at the WFCU Centre. The following night in London, he had a goal and was +2 in a 5-2 win over the Knights. He wrapped up the week with a goal and a +1 rating on Sunday, in an 8-0 drubbing of the Sarnia Sting.

In 15 games with the Spitfires, he has 7 goals, 10 assists and an even rating. He has 31 goals and 30 assists in 48 games overall.

Windsor will take on the Kitchener Rangers at the WFCU Centre tomorrow. Game time is set for 7:05 pm; 200 tickets are available for the game and can be purchased at the TekSavvy.com Box Office (Gate 2 of the WFCU Centre) by phone at (519) 254-5000 or online at windsorspitfires.com.
