DAYTON, OH - The Dayton Demonz Professional Hockey Club will be looking to its veteran players for team leadership as it announced, today, that Federal Hockey League (FHL) veteran Anthony "Tags" Battaglia has signed with the team for the 2013-2014 season. Battaglia started his career in the NAHL in 1997 with the Soo Indians and has spent the past 16 years playing in the NAHL, CCHA, AHL, ECHL, IHL, CHL, FHL & SPHL. Former teammate and new Demonz Head Coach, Trevor Karasiewicz, says this about Battaglia, "Tags is a huge addition to the Demonz family. I know he will help out, big time, with his leadership and his play.. He strives to win every shift and always plays for the name on the front of his jersey. There is a reason he has played this long. He is a character player!"
