T-Rex Announce 2003-04 Schedule

TUPELO, MS---The Tupelo T-Rex professional hockey team is pleased to announce a full slate of exciting games, spanning October through March at the BancorpSouth Center in Tupelo for the upcoming 2003-04 season.
The South East Hockey League recently released the 56-game schedule, with each of the league's five teams playing 28-contests on home ice.
The T-Rex will open the season on Thursday, October 23rd as the Huntsville Channel Cats visit the BancorpSouth Center starting at 7:05pm.
Tupelo's schedule breaks out into 6-Thursdays, 7-Fridays, 8-Saturdays, and 5-Sundays. The team will also play one Tuesday and one Wednesday night during the holiday season.
"Overall, we are happy with the outcome of the schedule," T-Rex Owner Monty Fletcher said. "The arena staff at the BancorpSouth
Center has been extremely flexible and more than accommodating in our efforts to make a return to pro hockey. We have lots of plans in the works to utilize the ice this year for public skating, learn to skate programs, clinics, and camps in an effort to expose more people to the ice and the sport hockey."
All T-Rex home games will get underway at 7:05pm, with the exception of Sunday contests, which will start at 2:05pm. For the full home/away schedule, please visit www.t-rexhockey.com.
