Syracuse Crunch 2016-17 Home Opener Slated for October 15

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Syracuse Crunch will host their 2016-17 Home Opener presented by Upstate University Hospital at the War Memorial Arena on Saturday, Oct. 15. The upcoming season will mark the Crunch's 23rd American Hockey League campaign.

Along with the Home Opener on Oct. 15, the Crunch will also hold the Sixth-Annual Stanley Steemer Tired Teddy Toss on Saturday, Dec. 10. Oct. 15 and Dec. 10 are two of six guaranteed home dates for the Crunch this season.

A full list of 2016-17 guaranteed home dates include:

Saturday, Oct. 15

Friday, Nov. 25

Saturday, Dec. 10

Saturday, Jan. 21

Saturday, Feb. 25

Saturday, March 25

Opponents and start times will be announced when the AHL releases the full regular season schedule later this summer. Single game tickets will go on sale in September.
