Switchbacks Friendly in First Game at Weidner Field Downtown April 24

Colorado Springs, CO - The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC announced today that the club will be taking on Orange County SC in a friendly on April 24. This will mark the first ever game at the new Weidner Field in downtown Colorado Springs.

"We are excited to be opening Weidner Field with a high quality opponent like Orange County SC," said Switchbacks Head Coach, Brendan Burke. "It will provide us a very good gauge of where preseason has left us as a group."

Kickoff time is set for 6pm MT on April 24 against fellow Western Conference opponents, Orange County SC. The USL Championship announced the divisional alignments last week with the Switchbacks being placed in the Mountain Division.

This match will be the first in the 2021 Full Season Series that Season Ticket Members can use or redeem their tickets for. If you are a Season Ticket Member, keep an eye on your Switchbacks-SeatGeek account for tickets to appear before the end of March.
