Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC News Release
Colorado Springs, CO - The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC and Levy have partnered to launch and operate 6035 Hospitality as the official hospitality team for Weidner Field.
6035 Hospitality will create the food and beverage experience across all areas of the venue, from concessions, clubs, and suites, to a premier catering experience that will make Downtown Colorado Springs a destination for private and social events.
"We're so excited to get to work serving Switchbacks fans and event guests at this incredible new venue. Our vision for match day hospitality and special catered gatherings is an experience that blends high quality preparation and presentation with fresh local farm ingredients and favorite flavors of our community," said Amy Parrott, Executive Chef of 6035 Hospitality.
6035 Hospitality is a collaboration between the Switchbacks and Levy to create a unique hospitality experience for Colorado Springs that will leverage operational resources and expertise from Levy. The culinary team for 6035 Hospitality will be led by Chef Amy Parrott, who was recently named Executive Chef for Weidner Field. Chef Amy and the 6035 team will focus on food and beverage experiences that highlight restaurants and purveyors from Colorado Springs and Southern Colorado, as well as tap into Colorado's craft beer community.
The 6035 Hospitality logo combines elements of Weidner Field as the sculpture will now be an iconic landmark in Colorado Springs and the "6035" represents that Weidner Field is 6,035 feet above sea level.
