
SWB Hosting 2nd Annual Scout Night at PNC Field

Moosic, PA - The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees will be hosting over 1,000 Boy Scouts at PNC Field to represent their local troops and councils for the second annual "Scout Night" on Friday, May 20th. All scouts in attendance will be able to take part in a pre-game parade with members of their troops. One scout will perform the Scout's Honor Pledge on the field before the game. Following the game vs. the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs, will be the second of 12 eye-popping fireworks shows immediately following the game.
In addition to attending the game, 500 of scouts in attendance will be camping out on the PNC Field outfield grass following the final game of the four game series with the Iron Pigs. After camping out, Dunkin' Donuts will provide the scouts with breakfast on the morning of May 21st.
